He was most helpful and provided honest feedback at every point including on auction day. We achieved a good price in a more challenging market at this time. Thanks also to Nick our auctioneer on the day! We have found every team member at this office to very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend!

  Could not Recommend Ray White South Morang to anybody. I am genuinely surprised to see so many positive reviews regarding what was a genuine mess of an experience not only with one real estate Agent at this branch, but TWO.
  
  First experience was in purchasing a home through Nick. Throughout the whole process of buying our house, Nick had assured us that the date the tenant would move out would be a week after our own settlement. This was also confirmed by Nick on auction day. Once all was done and signed and we read the fine print of the contract, it turns out that the tenant still had a few MONTHS to leave the property after our settlement. This meant we had to rent for a few months and waste a lot of our budget for renovations to our new homes and placed a massive damper on what should have been an exiting day. Whilst the responsibility ultimately is up to us as the buyers to check the contract, we thought it was either incredibly poor form for an Agent to either not know the settlement date of the property he was selling or to blatantly lie about it as they had garnered no further interest on the property.
  
  Second Agent (can't remember their name) was advertising a property for a long term rent takeover, however we found the property through Facebook as a break lease as advertised by the current tenant (and yes, this is for the rental we had to use due to Nick's ineptitude). When we called the Agent to confirm what was actually going on, he told us to just come to the Open for the house to discuss it. After we made the trek to the Open house, the Agent stood there and advised we virtually had no chance of getting the property as it was definitely a long term rent takeover, not a break lease. Why could this not have been explained on the phone to us and why did he bother making us waste our time coming to the Open for him to tell us we had no chance. There was obviously a miscommunication between the tenant and the Agency as well (surprise, suprise).
  
  This being our second horrid experience with Ray White South Morang, we decided to write our grievances in an email to management which has still to this day, gone unanswered, so here I am now taking this publicly. Stay away from this organisation at all costs. It is VERY clear they only care about your money and their purses.

  I have my property managed by Ray White South Morang for almost a year now. and I am happy with how they manage the property in a way that works for my benefit and provide best experience to the tenants as well. I was lucky to have my property managed by Lauren Grey. She has a keen eye on the details, she makes things happen, and she does not waste time.
