  We have had Darren Jones Real Estate manage our rental property for a few years now.
  
  We can not speak more highly of the rental management team led by Amber.
  
  Upon appointing Darren Jones real estate to manage our property, Amber met with us face to face to explain their management service.
  
  Amber has regularly kept abreast of all issues and is an outstanding communicator.
  She regularly goes above and beyond in terms of assisting us from minor repairs to the more complex.
  
  In our opinion we are receiving the Rolls Royce level of service From the Darren Jones team led by Amber.

  I have found Darren Jones to be a very professional company.
  My dealings with them have mainly been with Amber, who took charge of finding a tenant for my property.
  Not only being personable, she was thorough with all that necessitates finding a reliable tenant, keeping me well informed along the journey.

  I am so fortunate to have found Darren Jones.
  
  After separation, my teenage son and myself needed to find accommodation. The efficiency from the team at Darren Jones was only matched by their kindness and support.
  
  Everyone knows finding a rental can be an extraordinarily difficult experience. Many agencies refuse to provide even common human courtesies when you apply. Everyone treated us with respect. In my situation, I just needed a place to stay in an area I have lived in and loved for 23 years. The team suggested it was possible to add my son to the rental agreement. This would help him build a rental history for later in life. I was not thinking of that. This suggestion came from a place of one parent looking out for another for the good of their kids. This is what sets Darren Jones apart.
  
  If you are looking for an agency that will look after your property by looking after your tenants, I can tell you from my experience that the team is quite different from other agencies. I am a passionate advocate.

  I interviewed three different agencies for the sale of our recently deceased fathers house, our family home of 57 years. The level of professionalism and preparation of Darren Jones R/E in the interview stage was in stark contrast to the other two agencies. The level of communication, market insight, sales strategy and advise for the auction made for a seamless process and ensured a good result on auction day. I would highly recommend Darren Jones Real Estate.

  We have now worked with David on both sides of the real estate journey - when buying our current home and also when selling our investment property. We can highly recommend him on both fronts. He works closely with all parties and makes sure that all relevant information is communicated quickly, clearly and concisely throughout the process.
