  Really shocked to see the negative views posted here, because the service I received today was 5 star.
  Cut a long story short, I called TODAY to see if someone could look at my car because it was barely running. They booked me in, found that the fault was electrical not mechanical and advised me to go to someone who is equipped to fix it.
  No charge for the inspection.
  Two other mechanics in the area changed my spark plugs and one changed a cylinder, which didn't fix the problem.
  No one was trying to rip me off, just wanted to fix the problem properly

  Took my car in for a regular service. I was told to do a few additional items which I did as I wanted to ensure my was running well.
  The service went well according to the shop staff. Took the car home, driveway was covered in oil, had a glance under the car, the sump and underside of engine was covered in oil.
  
  Gave it a quick clean to make sure it was not my car, however I was unlucky. It was my car and I was in shock.
  Made an online claim, no one bothered to call me back. I called and spoke to the shop. It was my issue that my car now was leaking oil, I had to find a way to get the car back to the shop to get fixed. No offer from the shop to help in any way, bring your car in and we will look at it! A car which was running well when it left the shop for some reason is leaking oil, my car has been looked after all services completed on time and by a reputable person. One visit to Kmart Tyre and Auto and its game over! My car has issues!
  
  Took the car in only to discover a faulty part had been used when it was serviced, poor effort!
  Such a large company should have better control of what happens, it was not a simple matter if I can see oil was leaking, why didn't the shop check before the car was released to me. If I has not noticed the leak on the driveway and the oil was completely drained who would cover my vehicle.
  
  You pay over and above what you would pay at a local mechanic, and you get poor service and workmanship. What an outcome, on top of that when they make a mistake you have to bend over backwards to get it back to them to fix. What a joke and what a company. No one will pay attention to this review, however be warned it is not a good place to get your car serviced. Pay a little extra and go to the manufacturer or a trusted mechanic. These guys a joke.
